Jodi Baker
Senior Relationship Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jodi has built a career centered around building strong relationships and a commitment to helping clients. Her career began shortly after school when she took a position in payroll and worked with designers at a manufacturing firm. Seeking change, Jodi transitioned into the financial sector. She attained the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation in 2021, helping equip her with a strong foundation in financial planning to better serve her clients and advisors.
Jodi is an active member of the Iowa Grievance Commission, a body that oversees attorney ethics and professional conduct within the state. In this role, she helps review and address disciplinary matters to ensure fairness and integrity within the legal profession. She embraces the core value of "Be In Service," always striving to make a positive impact on those around her.
A Des Moines native, Jodi and her family now enjoy the growing community of Norwalk. She is truly devoted to her husband, Dan, and their three daughters, Joslynn, Delaney, and Emersynn. A naturally creative person, she has become a well-organized dance mom—whether it’s creating props, stoning costumes, or assisting the dance studio and competition teams where needed. She also loves to plan events, bake treats, and any kind of craft.
